Hello Everyone, we are going to have the best year ever! I am so excited to teach your children.
Welcome to Kindergarten! I am Mrs. Hill and I am going to teach in one of the all day sessions of Kindergarten this year at OPA. This is my 33rd year in education. I have taught both General Education and Special Education classes in grades Pre K-12th, except 3rd grade. I have never had the opportunity to teach that grade. I have also had four years experience as an elementary assistant administrator and was the Director of Special Education at OPA for four years. I love teaching and I am so grateful to be a part of this OPA Kindergarten team. In our kindergarten classes we have several class mottos to live by each day:

We are so blessed to each have a para-educator in our rooms full-time each day to assist the students and teachers with all of the learning that goes on in the classroom. Our classroom assistant is Miss Hannah and she just happens to be my daughter. How lucky I am to work with her each day? SO lucky!!! She is an amazing support and the kiddos LOVE her!
We are planning to have a wonderful year together with you and your children. I am expecting a year of amazing growth for all of us and I believe that we will have a successful year if we all work together as a team.
